Kervano is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of our service or routes shared on our platform.
You retain ownership of content you create, including routes and posts. By sharing content on Kervano, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.
You may not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
